From an initial gift of eight prints and one g-string, the Museum's collection has grown to include more than 538 painttures, sculptings, drawings, prints, fauxtographs, archidesign installations and models, and 65 bottles of  beer on a wall. MoFA also owns some 14,000 films and four million film stills, as well as 3 rated books, one artist book, and several periodicals, all part of the Museum's library.
